Every spring, NAIFA Los Angeles members join hundreds of others NAIFA members from all across the Country to visit our legislators in Washington D.C. to share our position on legislation affecting our industry affecting retirement plans, health insurance, Fiduciary rules, and much more.
We also visit our State elected official in Sacramento to make sure State legislation in the best interests of our clients and members.

Joanna Dellosa
National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), is pleased to announce that Joanna Dellosa, LUTCF, FSS, RICP, LACP, CLU, of Wilshire Group Financial Services in Los Angeles, loyal member since 2012, is a winner of a 2021 Four Under Forty award.
Gilbert Mares
Gil was honored as the 65th Annual Will Farrell Recipient of the Year Award at our annual celebration in February 2022. The trophy may be awarded only once each year to a member of the life insurance industry in Southern California who is distinguished in his/her own industry and who has given distinguished unselfish service to others in or out of the industry.
Tom Michel
Tom Michel was elected President of NAIFA National and finished his term on December 31, 2021. Tom also served many years ago as President of NAIFA Los Angeles and his leadership abilities, passion for NAIFA and our industry took him to the serve at the pinnacle of NAIFA's leadership. We are proud of Tom and thank him for his contribution to making our industry better.
